At Hunger0, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure all food orders are accurate, fresh, and delivered on time. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be granted.
The returns would occur within 3 to 4 days, and damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of food items, returns are not typically accepted. However, refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
The order received is incorrect, such as the delivery of the wrong items.
The food is spoiled, stale, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
The delivery is significantly delayed (subject to local service conditions).
The order was not delivered at all despite confirmation.
To be eligible, customers must raise the issue within 1 hour of receiving the order, with valid proof (such as photos or video evidence).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be processed for:
Change of mind after the order is placed.
Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.
Items consumed or partially consumed.
Complaints made after the specified time window (1 hour from delivery).

4. Processing Time
Once your request is verified, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are prepared or dispatched. However, in case of a system error or payment issue, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
