At hunger0.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging

• With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without first raising a return request will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions and pickup/shipping details.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hunger0.shopify@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food items, flowers, or plants)

• Customized or personalized products

• Personal care and hygiene products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend initiating a return for the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, UPI provider, or card issuer to reflect the amount in your account.
